Building opportunities for sustainable, affordable housing since 1990.
60 households experiencing homelessness (61 adults and 5 children) lived on one of our furnished JoJo's Place studio apartments with access to trauma-informed case management.
Our 25 permanently affordable rentals, including Oak Wash Homes, housed 49 low-income households. All Oak Wash Homes residents had previously experienced homelessness.
45 survivor households (45 adults and 54 children) experiencing homelessness found safety, support, and trauma-informed case management at our Sharon Manor Transitional Housing Program.
Our Pre-Purchase Program administered $944,000 in financial assistance to 22 local, first-time homebuyer households, helping them put down roots in our community.
147 volunteers at our thrift store, Sharon's Attic, donated 3,720 hours. $4,300 in vouchers helped our transitional housing clients shop for essentials.
131 Northern Arizona households received pre-purchase and credit counseling, helping them improve their credit, prepare for homeownership, or open the door to a first home.
